Judge's Comments:

"The attention to design detail for this project was of an outstanding level. The raised garden beds have been sized to match in with the paving pattern which has cleverly added soil depth for the garden beds to accommodate the broad planting pallete. The planting consideration is excellent given the extreme condition the balcony would endure and the feature sculptural installations are breath-taking in their own right. Illustrating excellent design aesthetic which creates a sense of belonging to the home and the site, it is the thought and detail of the design of this space that sets this garden apart and makes it an outstanding winner."
