"Connor's calm, and measured responses to judges’ questions is what left them impressed with Connor from the outset. From his research to find 'the right' employer to undertake his apprenticeship with, to his enthusiasm for learning his craft, both at trade school and work, Connor has left nothing to chance and has devoured knowledge throughout his apprenticeship. Combine this with the fact that he was given a Project Supervisors role with Ian Barker Gardens in his first year as a qualified landscaper and  the judges see a great future for Connor for many years in our industry."
