"An extremely difficult and challenging site with constant pedestrian access and student noise interference issues made the Monash University project by ACE a standout winner in this category. Extreme contractual obligations and a technically complex site presented a challenge of the highest order to ACE but they executed the contract with a very high level of professionalism. For the extent and scope of works being completed to such a high standard in the timeframe shows a first class operation."
