"A landscape Contractor since 1985, Mark Browning made the transition to become a landscape designer after 18 years on the tools, commencing his landscape design business in 2002. Since then Mark has been designing gardens across Melbourne with his core philosophy of utilizing natural materials and sustainable planting. Mark’s profile as a designer quickly rose to prominence when he exhibited an award winning garden at MIFGS in 2003 and since then he has gone on to win numerous awards including two Best in Show at MIFGS for the last 2 years running, and a prestigious Silver Gilt medal at Chelsea in 2007. Mark has been a tireless crusader for the improvement of the profile of landscaping in Victoria, particularly in the last 6 years as a Board Member of Landscaping Victoria and Sub-committee head for Landscaping Victoria Events. His passion to promote quality design and landscape designers in general has been instrumental in lifting membership numbers in this category within the Association."
