Judge's Comments: Matthew James from Southern Earth Landscapes is our very deserving winner of the 2012 Apprentice of the Year. He was determined at a young age to forge a career in the landscape industry, but not content with that alone he also involved himself in voluntary community projects working to improve the local parklands.
Matthew has the respect and support of his work colleagues, and has demonstrated a commitment to his trade training, with comment on his passion for the landscape industry. He possesses drive and an enthusiasm towards all things landscaping. Well done Matthew.
