Landscaper and Field Technician—Dams, Lakes and Ponds
About us

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Landscaper Field/Maintenance Technician to travel out to customers dams/ponds/lakes to install, service and maintain equipment. This will typically be dam aerators, fountains and pond equipment.
There will also be an opportunity to provide pond building and landscaping work to clients. So, talking to clients about projects and leading the design and build of these projects. Part of the role will also involve manual work removing aquatic weeds and algae and spraying when needed. While this is a physical job, the work is easy on the body. We also have a rural property (20 acres) in Whittlesea that needs a bit of attention, so there will be work to do here as well.
You’ll be required to coordinate with other staff and clients and be a role model for younger in-field staff members to deliver outstanding work to specification, and on time. The role would suit someone who can manage their own time on and off the tools to effectively lead work practices over a range of duties.
